We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our North America team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial and marketing strategies, combined with a robust skillset in data analytics. This role will support Violife's marketing initiatives for retail and food service, help optimize campaign performance, and ensure strategic alignment across all marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination & Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with both internal teams and external agencies. Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand’s goals and strategy.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and audience engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to product launches, promotions, and retail partnerships.
- Content Creation & Management: Support the development of digital content, including social media, email marketing, and website updates. Ensure content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to deliver results.
- Business performance: Monitor business performance working close with brand, sales and demand planning. Support Innovation launches and forecasting as well as business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on data analytics and commercial strategy.
- Strong proficiency in Nielsen to pull data daily
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for plant-based foods and commitment to sustainability is a plus.
- Experience in the CPG or food industry.
- Knowledge of retail marketing and trade marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other performance optimization techniques.
