Job Title : Global Brand Equity Sr. Manager - Violife
Location : Hackensack 2 / 3 per week
Compensation Range is 170-190K

The Role
As Global Brand Equity Sr. Manager you will be the architect of Violife's global brand identity, ensuring it resonates deeply in culture, sparks conversation, and builds a passionate community. Inspired by category disruptors like Liquid Death, e.l.f., and Dig, you'll develop strategies that make Violife more than just a productit's a movement.
You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Design, Head of Innovation, and market leads to ensure brand consistency, impact, and growth across all touchpoints. You will also lead the global website redesign and oversee all social media channels , ensuring they are best-in-class, engaging, and shareable.
Your mission : build a brand that earns attention, fuels organic brand love, and shows up in culture in a way that is bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Cultural Impact
- Define and evolve Violife's global brand strategy, ensuring it is bold, differentiated, and culture-led.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Design to ensure the brand's visual identity is disruptive, ownable, and consistent across markets.
- Partner with the Head of Innovation to ensure new products align with the brand's ethos and generate excitement.
- Develop global brand campaigns and toolkits that market leads can adapt locally while maintaining brand consistency.
