What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Administrator position at Flora Soul Studio?
We are looking for a unicorn, could that be you?
Our companies are growing quickly and we are looking for a sales support administrator that possibly would like to pitch in with studio work and event delivery.
Flora Soul Studio was founded by Kristen Brown who acts as CEO and Design Manager. She purchased a second floral company, Pink Petunia Weddings in Jan. 2024.
Our team is talented, kind, and hard working. Our clients expect no less than the fantastic service and design we've become well known for delivering.
Our goal is to have a company that provides opportunities for our team to grow into new roles, take ownership of their creativity, and enjoy what they do.
Responsibilities
This position will have a variety of tasks, but the main ones will be assisting our sales team with inquiries, task management, and managing our inboxes.
Generally you'll be sending templated quotes that are simple to customize, answering client questions, and updating invoices with payments received. And you'll be providing our CEO with clerical and operational support.
Once we train you, you'll also be taking sales calls with Pink Petunia Clients.
When not working on admin tasks we'll also train you to help in the studio with processing flowers, clean up, and delivery on the weekends. If you are open to learning floral design, we're open to teaching you as well!
Schedule is flexible, and some of the admin work may be done from home rather than the studio. Most weeks you can expect to work Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday. Hours vary but on average you can expect 20-30 hours a week during our busy season. Some of our team takes the slower season off, but the management and admins usually keep busy with upcoming event prep.

Pay is $20-35/hour based on experience
This is a 1099/Contractor position
