We’re looking to bring on a Head of Growth to drive our product-led go-to-market. As part of the founding team, you will work closely with the CEO Weber and our creative team to spread the word about FLORA.
Requirements
- Growth expert with proven track record in previous roles, ideally with experience in PLG go-to-market motions
- Deep understanding of product marketing (positioning, messaging, GTM) and how to build systems to run content marketing strategies
- Have experience with (or is willing to learn) starting and growing multiple channels including organic content, social media, email marketing, paid ads, performance marketing, SEO, ambassador programs and more
- Have experience setting up marketing processes - producing content output and iterating to find the correct approaches - ideally is knowledgeable about and connected with the generative AI and creative communities
- Ability to help set up growth infrastructure including product analytics, conversion funnels, marketing operations, growth experiments. Strong background in growth experimentation, running high-impact experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Experience building and leading high-performing growth teams and working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to drive growth initiatives
- 5 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, or product roles at startups

FLORA was founded out of creative technology art projects at NYU ITP, a graduate program where we use technology to make art (the same program as Runway). We started FLORA because current AI creative tools are built by non-creatives for other non-creatives to feel creative. We are obsessed with building a power tool for creative professionals, not a toy for generating AI slop. Our mission at FLORA is to make it possible to speak your ideas into existence with a high degree of creative control. We are an applied HCI company obsessed with making cutting-edge technology intuitive for creatives, founded out of a desire to make better tools for our own art projects as creative technologists.
