Job Description :
Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
- Associate's degree from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- License in the state of TN
- SNF experience preferred but not required
