What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Supervisor-PT-Evening/Weekend position at Floral Long Term Care?
Supervise processes and staff in the area of resident dining rooms and kitchen while ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed. These areas include preparation and portioning of foods, sanitation, and compliance of State and Federal regulations.
Knowledge of food prep, proper knife handling, temperature control and sanitation.
Understand all therapeutic and mechanically altered diets and determine appropriate substitutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience preferred.
