Medical Assistant
Floral Long Term Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist with staff / residents / family COVID testing in a long term care facility.
Medical Assistant Requirements :
- Medical Assistant must have a Medical Assistant degree / dimploma.
- The facility is very fast-paced so the candidate has to be able to keep up and catch on quickly.
- We need someone who is a quick learner, a hard worker, has excellent attendance, and superb customer service skills.
- The candidate must be both professional and friendly and enjoy working with staff, the patients and their families.
- Candidate must be computer savvy and able to use electronic medical records software easily. Candidate must understand the importance of HIPAA Compliance.
Medical Assistant Duties could include : injections, lab swabs, vaccinations, taking vitals, assisting with prior authorizations, triage calls.
