Responsibilities:
- Mobilizing landscape management crews
- Managing budgeted property hours
- Engagement with property managers
- Scheduling and managing workflow
- Maintaining and scheduling tickets through work order system
- Management of equipment and fleet
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills encouraged
- Mechanically inclined preferred
- Bilingual preferred (not mandatory)
