Position Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our members, assisting with their purchasing needs, and ensuring smooth communication between buyers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for floral buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist members with product sourcing, shipment tracking, and understanding invoice processes.
- Place orders on behalf of members when necessary.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new members, including training them on FloraLink’s buying process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and vendors to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning.
- Proficiency in math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
- Comfort with interacting with a variety of people and providing guidance.
- Experience in the floral industry, particularly in purchasing, is a plus but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
