Florence Coffee Co in Helena, MT is looking for a barista to join our incredible team who wants to move up within the company. We have 3 locations in Helena that our baristas work at. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. YEAR ROUND EMPLOYMENT NEEDED.
Looking for 11:50am- 6:30pm availability
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Taking care of our customers and their needs by providing excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
- Customer service work history
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Must be willing to work one weekend day a week
- 3 full shifts a week
