Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. The schedule is generally Sunday through Wednesday 12:30 pm - 10:30 pm, but flexibility is required and is based on program needs.
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Florence Crittenton Family Services (FCFS) is seeking a Residential Lead Staff to support the Program Manager in our Recovery Home. This role involves staff training, assisting in licensing compliance and program needs, and providing direct client support.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Train and support staff using a trauma-informed approach.
- Assist in program compliance with licensing regulations.
- Provide direct care and guidance to clients.
- Communicate facility maintenance and inventory needs.
- Assist in planning client activities and outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Provide On Call services, including working a more flexible schedule to ensure coverage.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Associate degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
- 2 years working in a residential setting with youth or parents.
- 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
