We're growing and are officially open 7 days a week! Florence Pie Bar seeks talented candidates for full and part time baking positions in our our small, busy kitchen where we prepare fresh ingredients daily.
Job Description
- Preparation of all Pie Bar product (including, but not limited to: sweet pies, cookies, scones, soups, savory pies (both meat and vegetarian fillings), quick breads, and sourdough)
- Assembling/baking/decorating all products quickly and efficiently, taking care to uphold production standards
- Receiving and putting away orders
- Washing dishes and thoroughly maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space
Qualifications
- Commercial kitchen experience and professional references required
- Self-motivated with positive work ethic
- Good time-management in a fast-paced bakery
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Lift at least 55# and be on feet a full 8-hour shift (minus breaks)
- Manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Give and receive clear communication, work collaboratively
- Early morning, weekend, evening and holiday availability are required
- ServeSafe and Allergen Awareness training a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
