What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mascot position at Florence Y'alls?
The Florence Y'alls are looking for an outgoing individual to add to their promotional team as a mascot! Our job is to provide excellent fan-first entertainment. We want a mascot who can put on a show for our fans and enhance their experience.

- To provide support for the Florence Y’alls team and atmosphere
- To raise level of fan support
- To keep the crowd’s attention focused on the field and the entertainment
What the job entails:
- Previous mascot experience preferred, but not required
- Attend all scheduled mascot appearances and event dates
- Willingness to travel for events in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati Area
- Flexible work schedule, including working some days, nights, evenings, and weekends when necessary
- Ability to perform in costume for long periods of time
- Candidate height requirement for this position must range between 5'10 - 6'7
