Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Golf Club Cart Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to operate a gold club cart, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate golf club cart delivery vehicles
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate loading schedules and inventory management.
- Assist in moving items within the warehouse as needed, utilizing forklifts or other equipment when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial driving or as a courier is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Experience operating a golf club cater delivery vehicle is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in loading and unloading goods safely, with knowledge of best practices in handling various types of cargo.
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
