Job Title: Property Services Coordinator
Hourly Rate: $15-$20/hour depending on experience
Part-time approximately 20-25 hours per weekHours are between 9 am-5 pm, weekends required
Position Summary We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Services Coordinator to join our growing vacation rental management company. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our properties are prepared for guest arrivals, coordinating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough inspections of properties after turnovers, during vacancy checks, and as part of routine maintenance
- Ensuring cleaners meet company standards and coordinating additional cleaning if necessary
- Performing light maintenance, such as replacing air filters, batteries, and light bulbs.
- Maintain supplies in properties as needed
- Verifying all devices and appliances are in working order and coordinating with maintenance personnel for necessary repairs
- Preparing properties for incoming guests by ensuring they are adequately stocked, staged, and meet company standards
- Overseeing HOA compliance, including guest registration and parking passes
- Reporting and following up on unfinished maintenance tasks with Property Managers and external vendors
- Communicate professionally with guests to resolve any issues or concerns
- Perform mid-day shifts, including some weekends
- Collaborate closely with the Rental Manager to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Flexibility to work some weekends and adjust schedule as needed
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop , squat, kneel and twist
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs
Preferred Qualities
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair principles
