Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking an ERP Analyst, Junior – Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of Responsibilities include:
The ERP Analyst, Junior, reports to the Associate Director within the Enterprise Resource Planning team in the Office of Information Technology. The ERP Analyst, Junior partly supports the TouchNet E-commerce solution for student and auxiliary e-commerce payment processing. The ERP Analyst, Junior, will collaborate with the Workday operations team, assist subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and analyzing data flows to identify business process improvement opportunities.
Additionally, the ERP Analyst, Junior, will assist with business analyst and requirements-gathering activities. Responsibilities may include configuring and troubleshooting features and functionalities, writing Workday reports, analyzing Workday security, building e-commerce sites, and addressing help desk tickets for operational issues related to Workday and other ERP systems as needed.

- Support and small enhancements: Investigate support tickets for production issues.
- Coordinate with and submit cases to vendor support for the purpose of resolving business process/system issues for either Workday or e-commerce solutions.
- Performs system administration functions within e-commerce platform or Workday. Tasks may include loading files, posting transactions, running and disseminating reports, updating user accounts, and performing daily routine functions.
- Interfaces between the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and University functional areas.
- Works with data and business processes across functions of Workday Finance and HCM and/or E-Commerce solutions.
- Assist with creating and updating Workday reports including developing calculated fields for reports and custom validations.
- Ability to perform financial configuration within Workday.
- Engages in Business requirements gathering and assists with analysis of ERP new features and functionalities.
- Participate in testing and other job-related duties as assigned.
