Washing all dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Cleaning kitchen surfaces:
Wiping down countertops, tables, grills, ovens, refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness.
Floor maintenance:
Mopping floors, sweeping debris, and ensuring kitchen floors are clean and dry at all times.
Trash disposal:
Properly disposing of food scraps, packaging, and other waste in designated containers
Inventory management:
Restocking kitchen supplies like cleaning chemicals, paper towels, dishcloths, and other necessary items
Equipment maintenance:
Performing basic cleaning and upkeep of kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
Sanitation practices:
Adhering to food safety guidelines, including proper handwashing, glove usage, and temperature monitoring
Cleaning schedules:
Following established cleaning schedules and ensuring all areas of the kitchen are cleaned regularly
