- Support the sales team by managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with leads.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and identify trends that can inform marketing strategies.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
