Join Our Team as a Medical Front Desk Supervisor!
Are you an organized, compassionate, and dynamic individual with experience in medical office management? We are looking for a Medical Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office team, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Front Desk Management:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
- Warmly greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Staff Supervision:
- Lead, train, and supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Patient Relations:
- Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide guidance on billing, insurance, and legal inquiries while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance.
Office Efficiency and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate patient records management in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, optimizing office workflows and processes for maximum efficiency.
Reporting and Strategy:
- Lead weekly meetings to review key metrics, discuss strategies for improvement, and enhance patient care and enrollments.
Coordinating Care:
- Facilitate communication and coordinate patient care between primary care physicians, referring doctors, and our providers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (required).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management skills.
- Front Desk Experience (required).
- Medical Assistant certification (preferred).
- Bilingual (preferred).
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (preferred).
