Director Radiology Full Time Days

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director will have strategic vision to grow volume and build Physician relationships. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the imaging Services department. Ensures compliance with patient care quality standards provided to all age groups. Responsible for formulating the annual operational and capital budgets and maintaining compliance with all JCAHO, federal, state and local regulatory guidelines, standards and protocols. The director must have the ability to lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient care. Director may also be responsible to be the Administrator on Call as necessary.
