Account Manager

We are looking for and experienced Landscape Account Manager. The Landscape Account Manager you will schedule and direct personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective lawn care services to clients. This position manages a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple crews. The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for training and developing these individuals by providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand client needs via regular communication with the Area Director.
• As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment
• Work with the Area Director to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily crew schedules
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes and hires
• Communicate with crew members discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees
• Hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards
• Focus on safety and monitor safety records
• Maintain and manage all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets and service schedules
• Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries of materials
• All other duties as assigned by the Area Director

Requirements:

• 5 years of demonstrated and proven landscape account management
• 5 years experience with a large customer base $1M or more
• Managed more than 5 landscape maintenance production crews
• Experience in estimating and selling out of contract work
• Bilingual a plus
• Great customer service when dealing with clients daily
• Able to respond thoroughly and quickly to all client complaints, concerns, and requests
• A valid Driver’s License with 3 to 5-year history of good driving
• Eligible to work in the United States
