We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued success. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager with Florida Connections, you will be an essential part of our support operations, assisting senior managers in overseeing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping drive performance. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a managerial and leadership position while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- Contribute to daily customer communications, including closing sales deals, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist senior managers in supervising daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
- Shadow senior managers during sales meetings, client calls, human resources interactions, and financial breakdowns
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring excellent team performance in direct customer service and sales support
- Help with the execution of face to face business strategies designed to improve sales, productivity, and business performance
Qualifications of an Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1 years experience as a manager and/or in sales/customer service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Humble individuals looking to obtain entry level experience and grow internally
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example
