Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
Develop and maintain project schedules, organize phases and milestones and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Allocate labor, materials and equipment effectively as you coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Excellent verbal and communication skills essential for effectively coordinating with stakeholders, managing project details and ensuring smooth operations.
Keeping accurate records to ensure the project adheres to standards, regulations, and policies for successful completion.
