DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
Extensive background in mechanical project management or related roles. This includes experience supervising project teams with HVAC systems, plumbing, or other mechanical systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in addressing technical issues and managing project changes.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools) for planning, scheduling and tracking project progress.
Familiarity with mechanical codes and industry standards, such as ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) guidelines and local building codes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all aspects of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Manage internal resources and external vendors to execute projects effectively.
Ensure resource availability, develop detailed project plans, and handle all project documentation and procurement.
Track project performance, manage scope changes, and report issues or questions to the president.
