DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
A minimum of five years’ experience in managing the process to ensure projects are completed on time, with quality workmanship and within budget (Federal Projects and experience a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or in a related field will be considered.
Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols and address any issues that arise to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and timelines.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a good track record in project management and team collaboration
Develop comprehensive work plans and schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to meet milestones on time and within budget.
Monitor project budget, costs, job forecasts and productivity to optimize project efficiency.
