A bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical) from an accredited college/university is required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP, are also necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of engineering experience in an industrial facility.
- Experience supervising employees or leading a project including employees in a unionized work environment.
- Experience supporting multiple capital projects.
- Experience developing and assisting in new processes/procedures.
- Ability to work some weekends.
