Some College State-wide association seeks a part-time meeting assistant (20-28 hours a week). This is NOT a work-from-home position.
Must have office experience, excellent customer service, and phone skills, and be able to pass a background check and credit check.

- Performs general administrative functions, including word processing, creating spreadsheets, formatting reports, creating forms, photocopying, filing, and assisting with meeting planning.
- Assist with creating social media graphics and content in Canva
- Responsible for maintaining and following work plans associated with small to medium-sized projects; has a strong comfort level with independent projects.
- Requires collaboration and involvement in flexible reporting relationships with co-workers at every organizational level across departments.
- Strong customer-service focus and ability to handle large inbound and outbound call volume.

- Ability to organize, structure, and communicate information and ideas, both verbally and in writing, using excellent diction, grammar, and vocabulary.
