Outside Sales Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct presentations and tile product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tile industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand the customer base

- Proven experience as an outside tile sales representative or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. English fluency is a must, bilingual Spanish is a plus!
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, current insurance and willingness to travel
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work for any US employer
