MyCare Medical Group is seeking a highly experienced and patient-centric Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our team in southern Pinellas County. You would be joining a rapidly growing company and a premier organization with market leading patient satisfaction scores.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Adult Only Patient Panel with an expectation of seeing 15 – 18 patients per day
- Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities.
- Diagnose, treat and counsel patients on their current medical conditions and educate patients on preventative health measures, including performing annual physicals
- Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments and communicate Plan of Care with Patients and / or their families.
- Ensure that all charts and medical records are accurately completed in a timely manner; and adhere to all clinical policies and procedures
- Perform such clinical procedures for patient's benefit which are within scope and skill of practitioner, and which are economically feasible
- Provide direction and leadership to the clinic's medical support staff, regarding the administering of a patient's care
- Provide supervision in case assignment to nurse practitioner / physician assistant, including sign off on charts, where applicable
- Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care to avoid unnecessary duplication of testing, and fragmentation of care
