Overview :
Florida Engineering is seeking the right person to join our team in Project Management. We are a busy, steadily growing engineering firm located in Port Charlotte, FL supporting thousands of clients across 14 states actively. Currently we need an organized, customer-focused professional to assist in completing the various tasks required to operate and develop a customer-friendly business within our growing structural / metal building division.
This Project Director would be directing / supporting our Metal Building division managing a portfolio of 20-40 residential / small scale commercial jobs at a time.
R esponsibilities include :
- Communication with Customers regarding the project from introduction to signed plans.
- Reviewing files to be sure we have all the information to complete the project.
- Assigning engineers the project based on type of project and schedules.
- Maintain and track project schedules.
- Act as the liaison between Customer and Engineer.
