What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Verifier position at Florida ENT Associates?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Insurance Verifier to join our Otolaryngology practice and ensure that our patients receive the care they need by verifying their insurance coverage and benefits. As a Medical Insurance Verifier, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance information, collecting patient copays and deductibles, and submitting claims to insurance providers.
Your primary responsibilities will include verifying patient eligibility and coverage, obtaining pre-authorization for services as needed, and communicating with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all patient information is accurate and up-to-date, and that claims are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
