Job Title : Creative & AV Specialist
Reports To : Director of Creative and AV
Location : Hertz Arena, Estero, FL (Home of the Florida Everblades)
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative & AV Specialist to join our team at Hertz Arena, home of the Florida Everblades. As a Creative & AV Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for all events, including hockey games, concerts, arena functions, and more. You will work closely with the Director of Creative and AV to ensure seamless execution of all audio-visual, and creative aspects of events and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for Florida Everblades hockey games, concerts, functions, and other events held at Hertz Arena
- Set up and break down all AV equipment, including sound systems, lighting, and video systems
- Operate and maintain all AV equipment, in the AV production room, including wireless microphones, mixers, and speakers
- Configure and operate the hockey scoring system, including the OES controller setup and goal lights
- Set up and operate TVs, including screens and projectors, for arena events
- Provide technical support for gameday camera setups, ClearCom intercom systems, and TVs and menu displays throughout the arena
- Collaborate with part-time AV staff, providing instruction, direction, and training as needed
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure all AV and creative needs are met
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to client and guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work closely with the Director of Creative and AV to develop and implement new AV & Creative technologies and systems
