About the Role:
The Data Entry Operator Quality/Regulatory plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our organization. This position is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. AS degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with quality assurance processes in a regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with data management software and tools.
- Certification in data entry or related fields.
- Experience with Business Central as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into the company's database systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Generate reports and assist in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time and operate computer equipment
- Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
