About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Fermentation Operator to join our team in Eustis, FL. As a Fermentation Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our fermentation and filtration processes. You will work in a clean room environment and be responsible for media preparation, sampling, and sanitization. Your work will be critical to the success of our food processing and packaging lines, and you will be expected to operate production machinery with precision and care.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in fermentation or food processing
- Experience working in a clean room environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
