Duties

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes
- Maintain electronic medical records using various systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental clinic is preferred
- Proficiency in using medical office software systems
- Strong typing skills to efficiently input patient information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
