Florida Fresh Vending is one of the largest independent vending and micro-market companies in Florida.

We are seeking energetic, motivated, and reliable Vending Route Driver in Orlando for an established route. The Route Driver drives a company vehicle to deliver products or render services and fills and maintains vending, coffee and other related equipment.

The route Driver is the face of the company and must project a professional and positive image at all times while building excellent client and customer relationships.

Working hours:
Full-time. Starting at 5:00am until the route is completed, Monday-Friday, with an average of 40-50 hours per week.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Fill , clean and maintain snack, soda, food and coffee vending machines and other related equipment on a daily basis. Perform product rotation to ensure freshness.
• Maintain , clean and fill office coffee equipment.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records and strictly follow a preset route.
• Be able to troubleshoot and perform basic machine repairs is not necessary but a plus.
• Work independently 95% of the day and have superior customer relations skills. Communicate with customers about new products and services and listen to and report/resolve service issues.
• Use a handheld computer/tablet throughout the entire day (training provided).
• Work in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills.
• Accountable for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
• Fulfill other duties related to route or warehouse as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and handle high volume workload
• Regular attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening verified before employment
• Valid FLORIDA driver’s license and excellent driving record a must.

Physical Demands:

• Consistently stand and/or walk for 8-10 hours per day
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Get in and out of a box truck and use a handcart.
• Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch.

Warehouse is drug free and smoke free.
