As a trusted partner to general contractors across Southwest Florida, we’re known for our craftsmanship, speed, and reliability. We're growing—and we're looking for a CAD Drafter who wants to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop 2D CAD drawings (and occasional 3D models) based on blueprints, architectural plans, and engineering sketches
  • Support estimating by preparing accurate drawing packages for bid proposals and material take-offs
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and shop personnel to align designs with build requirements
  • Update and revise drawings to reflect architectural design changes and field revisions
  • Perform quality control checks on your work to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain an organized library of drawings, files, and project documentation
  • Contribute to improving our drafting and design processes
  • Jump in where needed to support the team—especially on fast-moving commercial jobs

What We're Looking For:

  • AutoCAD experience is required (progeCAD experience a plus)
  • Experience with or exposure to commercial window systems, curtainwall, storefronts, or glazing preferred—but not required
  • Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
  • Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in drafting, design, architecture, or engineering preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • A team player who’s hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with aluminum, glass, or construction drawings—but we’ll train the right person who demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow.
