We're growing—and we're looking for a CAD Drafter who wants to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop 2D CAD drawings (and occasional 3D models) based on blueprints, architectural plans, and engineering sketches
- Support estimating by preparing accurate drawing packages for bid proposals and material take-offs
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and shop personnel to align designs with build requirements
- Update and revise drawings to reflect architectural design changes and field revisions
- Perform quality control checks on your work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain an organized library of drawings, files, and project documentation
- Contribute to improving our drafting and design processes
- Jump in where needed to support the team—especially on fast-moving commercial jobs
What We're Looking For:
- AutoCAD experience is required (progeCAD experience a plus)
- Experience with or exposure to commercial window systems, curtainwall, storefronts, or glazing preferred—but not required
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in drafting, design, architecture, or engineering preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- A team player who’s hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with aluminum, glass, or construction drawings—but we’ll train the right person who demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
