Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC / BE , Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician to join one of our Palm Coast facilities located at 309 Palm Coast Pkwy NE. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only , no weekends , call is limited. Some of our larger multi-specialty hubs offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Infusion Clinic, Hand Surgery, Gastroenterology, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Sports Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!
