Summary
Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / PCP for our Lake Mary Facility located in Volusia County. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only. Call is 1 in 4, light volume and by telephone only. The Lake Mary facility has X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy site. New grads & experienced providers welcome!
