Clyde Morris Blvd. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends. Some of our larger multi-specialty hubs offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Sports Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. - PMHNP for a busy outpatient behavioral health department specializing in a mix of mental health and substance abuse.
- Team based approach, including full scope of support staff with tenured Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, crisis intervention team, intensive outreach program, and addiction services.
