- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
- Support dental receptionist duties when required, ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
