Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delray Beach, FL for an Excellent Business Attorney with Healthcare Industry Experience. The attorney will specialize in providing representation and legal services to healthcare providers and businesses in various areas of the healthcare industry. The attorney will work within our premium private practice structure and be responsible for handling a diverse caseload related to healthcare corporate needs, compliance, licensure, certification, accreditation, and regulatory matters. The attorney will also work on transactions and financial raises in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida State Bar in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing services to healthcare industry clientele
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare corporate law, compliance, licensure, and accreditation is ideal
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Experience in transactional work and financial raises in the healthcare industry is a plus
