Who are we?
The Sauna and Steam Center, A Division of Florida Hot Tub and Sauna Center Inc. is seeking candidates with sales experience, (construction or wellness-related experience a plus) to help grow our coveted customer list. Our company has been serving South Florida for nearly two decades building custom wellness equipment. We build, remodel, and service Saunas, Steam Rooms, Hot Tubs, and Cold Plunges throughout South Florida. Customers include the Hard Rock Casino, Estates at Acqualina, Aston Martin, Ritz Carlton and many more. Our company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Executive to join our team to drive revenue, close sales, and add to our customer base. What You Will Do Every Day?
Although there is no “typical” day in our business (and we like it that way!), here are some duties you will complete most days :
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and offer solutions
- Obtain and constantly refine knowledge of our products and services
- Review building plans to determine customer needs and room specifications
- Prepare project cost worksheets and sales proposals
- Follow up with customers to enhance relationships, ultimately closing sales and adding to the list of fans of our company
- Schedule calls, meetings, and presentations with prospects
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and update account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
