Service Department Coordinator

Job Summary
Florida Keys Electric is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Service Department Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our service department, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional customer service, and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the delivery of services, ensuring timely and efficient execution
• Primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on service status.
• Work with internal and external service providers to coordinate, schedule, and track services.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service department management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
• Proficient computer literacy, including experience with computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.69 - $21.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
