Florida Lifestyle Realty is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to be the glue that holds our real estate transactions together. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sellers, agents, and vendors, ensuring every step of the listing process is smooth, seamless, and successful.

What You’ll Do:
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with all procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate photography, lockbox assignments, and sign installations with sellers and agents.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing friendly, informative updates throughout the selling process.
- Manage calendars, tracking important deadlines to keep listings on schedule.
- Organize showings and open houses, collecting valuable feedback to enhance the process.
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
- Schedule cleanings, repairs, and other pre-listing tasks to ensure homes are market-ready.
- Use your creativity and attention to detail to make every listing shine!
$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
- Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
- Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
- Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
- Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
- Reviews contracts and follows compliance procedures and guidelines
- Maintains status calendar of important contract deadlines
- Coordinates the photos, lockbox assignment, and sign installation between seller and agent
- Communicates with clients throughout the selling process, answers questions, and educates as necessary
- Conducts daily/weekly written and verbal communication with all parties involved in a listing
- Manages systems for better efficiency within the role
- Uses internal communication systems to keep agents informed at all times
- Maintains database and updates client files on any changes
- Ability to transcribe property details in writing
- Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
- Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
- Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
- Has basic computer skills, operates well in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars, Sheets, Docs, etc.), and has comfort learning new software
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move various furniture items up to 10ft for photoshoots (occasionally)
