Evaluate PatientsObtain and record health historiesPerform physical and development assessmentsOrder appropriate diagnostic tests and labsDiagnose and treat health conditionsManage the health care of those patients for which they have been educated to provide health teaching and counselingInitiate referrals as appropriate consulting with Supervising PhysicianComplete all documentation timely, efficiently and in its entiretyMaintain health record and document all items required for Meaningful UseDaily responsibilitiesAccurately completes all patient notes within 48 hoursForwards completed documentation to Supervising Provider for signatureAll outpatient patient charges are entered at the end of each patient encounterAddresses and completes all patient tasks dailyAssists supervising provider with completion of their tasksAssist with paperwork and forms as directed by the physicianReturns patient calls as neededDocuments ALF / SNF visits / services timely, accurately and in entiretySubmits ALF / SNF charges timely and correctly coordinating with the physician(s) as appropriateCompletes end of day processVerify all messages have been handled for the dayEnsure tasks, labs, diagnostics have been reviewed and addressed as neededCommunicate with supervising physician any items that need to be addressed for the clinicLog off their work stations properlyAdditional Responsibilities :
Provides excellent customer service to his / her team, patients, and publicMaintains an organized and clean work areaPerforms other incidental and related duties as required and assignedAttends all meetings required by physician or Director / Associate DirectorAttends yearly Florida Medical Clinic Physician ConferenceParticipates in monthly CTT meetingsConsults supervising provider as needed for client carePhysical and Mental Demands :
