The Amarillo VA Health Care System is seeking a part-time Physician (Vascular Surgeon) to manage a patient population with surgical conditions, assessments, and medication management.

Basic Requirements :

• United States Citizenship : Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
• Education : Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure and Registration : Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth.
• Residency Training : Completed residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
• English Language Proficiency : Proficient in spoken and written English.

Preferred Experience :

Physical Requirements :

Moderate lifting (15-44 pounds), light carrying (under 15 pounds), and other physical activities as required.
