Responsibilities: ·
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols. ·
- Ensure cancellations are filled.
- Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system.
- Maintain and manage patient records.
- Insurance verification is the primary focus of this role. There are no AR/AP/billing functions in this role.

Minimum Education and Experience: ·
- High school or equivalent (Required).
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word.
- Possess an understanding of Dental Insurance.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis.
- 1-year Dental experience required; insurance knowledge required.
- Background check required.
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
