As a Bilingual Insurance Agent at Florida One Insurance, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where generating personal lines auto insurance quotes is just the beginning. Your primary responsibility includes handling all incoming service calls from customers, ensuring their needs are met and premium payments are processed seamlessly. You'll excel at treating each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, while building outstanding relationships that foster loyalty.
Your role will also involve identifying and presenting tailored coverage options, resolving client inquiries and complaints with empathy and integrity, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- General Lines Property & Casualty License preferred or obtained within first month, we will assist with training & licensing costs upon successful completion
- Bilingual
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and identify cross-sell opportunities into Personal Lines, Auto, Home, Renters, Business & Life Insurance.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Cash handling experience.
