Job Title: Enrollment Specialist
Job Summary
Responsible for meeting specific management-directed goals,
increasing enrollments, nurturing prospective member interest toward conversion. Responsible for carrying out all steps of the enrollment process from initial contact through closed enrollment.
Essential Job Functions
- Developing a relationship-based approach to cultivating interest in the program through initial contact and routine, purposeful follow-up
- Communicating Florida PACE Centers value proposition with urgency to each prospective member
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call-ins/outs, tours and presentations, conversions to applications and to closed sales
- Managing incoming inquiries and the enrollment process from first inquiry to start of application to closing
- Working closely with Enrollment Coordinator to ensure enrollment completion of prospective members.
- Handling incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitating a timely enrollment, including making frequent personal contact with the prospective member and family members via telephone, virtual connection or in-person tour of Florida PACE Centers sites
- Accurately documenting all contacts and activities in the CRM to support ongoing customer service and cultivation for each prospective participant
- Working closely with Community Outreach team members to follow up on referrals provided via their efforts
- Conducts home and community visits as needed and when helpful to the enrollment process
- Obtains proper documentation to begin enrollment process
- Makes follow up calls to prospective members to increase interest and secure tours/home visits
- Works closely with enrollment coordinator to assure that prospects are completing the enrollment process
- Follows up with communication and correspondence to complete enrollment process
- Conducts center tours for participants and family members as needed
- Participates in all department, Florida PACE Center Management Team, and in- service meetings
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare-related area, Communications or Marketing preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Healthcare, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related field preferred
- Multilingual in English, Spanish and/or Creole preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Medical Terminology Certification preferred
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance for use of personal vehicle to perform job duties
Abilities Required
- Must possess critical thinking and organizational skills
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must have computer skills, Microsoft Word experience required
- Knowledge of the Florida Medicaid System preferred
